Brief Introduction

Collimating Lens and Focus Lens are applied in fiber laser system. The substrates of both lenses are fused silica.Both lenses are coated with AR-coating in both sides.In order to minimize spherical aberration,we usually advise our customers to use doublet-element spherical lenses assembly design.

The optical fiber collimator and focusing mirror in laser optical system are made of fused silica and coated with antireflective film on both sides. The function of collimator is to compress the divergence angle to achieve the function of laser parallel transmission; Focusing mirror is the focus of focusing beam to produce high engergy density. It is widely used in laser cutting, laser welding , laser cladding, laser quenching and othe applicaitons.Each brand has its own products, so the specifications of the corresponding collimating focusing lenses are different.
